The Casino Folk Museum houses a large collection of photographs, artefacts and machinery, with a focus on the local history of the Casino district.
The Museum's collection covers the pioneering settlers to the present day including local aboriginal artefacts and implements, tools of trade, furniture, newspapers, photographs, diaries and much more.
The Museum is run by the Casino and District Historical Society which was formed in 1965 by a group of local people dedicated to ensuring the past is not forgotten.
Group bookings are most welcome and morning tea can be provided at a small cost.
