Northern Rivers Community Transport Inc. is a non profit, non government organization that receives funding from various Federal and State Government Departments to provide transport for those who have difficulty accessing public transport who are:

- Individual Medical Transport
- War Veterans Transport
- Aboriginal Transport (both individual and group)
- Door to Door Social and Shopping Bus Services
- Subsidized Youth Transport (YOWI)
- Lismore Social Support Program (LSSP)
CASINO SERVICES
Individual Medical Transport
Volunteer drivers provide individual transport in fleet or private cars. Clients may be taken to local Doctors and Specialists within the Lismore, Richmond River and Kyogle areas and a range of other medical related providers e.g. Audiologist, Dentist, Pathologist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Radiologist, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Bowen Therapy, Remedial Massage, Early Intervention, and Rehabilitation. Limited trips are available for clients to health facilities in other areas e.g. Southport, Brisbane.
Individual medical transport is arranged through Casino Neighbourhood Centre. All enquiries ph 6662 2898.
Casino Access Shopping Bus
A fortnightly service providing door to door pick up from your home, space on the bus for wheelie walkers, someassistance with shopping, door to door drop off and help with parcels to your door.
The bus picks up every 2nd Thursday between 9.20 & 9.55. The bus sets down at the Casino Post Office approx 10.00am and Casino Shopping Plaza approx 10.10am. The bus leaves the Plaza at 12.30pm for door to door drop off.
Cost: One way $3.00 Return $6.00

Casino Senior Men’s Outings
Monthly outings (usually 1st Tuesday of the month) for senior men to various destinations.
Bus Fare $10.00 return.
This is a partnership between Northern Rivers Community Transport and Casino Cabs funded by the Ministry of Transport.
